Terms of Service

PocketBrewery provides an AI-powered assistant accessible via SMS. You text a designated phone number and receive AI-generated responses. The Service does not require an internet connection on your device — only standard cellular SMS capability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You may use certain features of the Service without an account. Creating an account (via Discord OAuth or other supported providers) unlocks additional features such as unlimited messaging and subscription management.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the Service, or interfere with its operation
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law
• Send automated or bulk messages through the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Responses from PocketBrewery are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate and agree to use it at your own discretion.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply when using the Service. PocketBrewery is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier for sending or receiving SMS messages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketBrewery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
